September volunteer days
Hannah and Ryan our Manager and Chef are taking a couple of weeks off and as a Community pub we are determined to keep the pub open for these two weeks. We will be doing food, but it will be a limited menu on most days with some special nights, with all the details being shown below.

Shorter menu and special nights
The menu page of our website has been changed to show the smaller menu that we will be offering, but as well as our smaller food menu we have the following special nights for you to come and join us at the Fox at Loxley a Community pub open to all.
Sunday 12th September: One pot meals We are not doing our normal Sunday lunch, but we have a lovely Beef and Red wine casserole or a Vegetable casserole both served with chips or mashed potato and seasonal veg.
Wednesday 15th September: Community night the second of our Harvest festival theme nights, bring something grown, made, or just something you want to share, cheese, pickles, jams, bread, etc.... celebrate harvest time with the community. Enjoy an evening together and celebrate the farming/ local community of Loxley for this special night the Fox at Loxley is a community space, we will be selling drinks and doing a few bowls of chips.
Thursday 16th September: Quiz night The start time is 8pm and teams of up to 5 people. Please can teams book by using our contact form or calling us on 01789 840933.The cost is £2 per person and we have prizes and an accumulator prize. the full menu will not be available, but we will be doing chips and a special - cheesy chips!!
Friday 17th September: Pizza night from 5:00pm to 9:00pm you can order your pizza from the Blue Van outside and either have a drink in the Fox while you are waiting for your pizza to cook or bring your pizza into the Fox and eat it in the pub with a drink.
Sunday 19th September: One pot meals We will not be doing our normal Sunday lunch but will be offering a choice of two different one pot meals and served with chips or mashed potato and veg.
