Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Cook/Chef for our popular village pub that is at the heart of the local community. You will have sole responsibility for running the kitchen, preparing great food with menus that reflect our ethos of using local ingredients wherever possible.

You will liaise with the bar team regarding events and themed evenings to help increase pub turnover whilst maintaining good profit margins, the Ideal candidate will have proven catering experience with references available.
